Job Purpose: Oversite and management of interdisciplinary clinical team

Duties: Provide coaching, supervision and training to IDT members. Oversite and management of on_call scheduling. Ensures compliance with clinical policies and procedures and with Hospice and DPH regulations. Some on-call required.

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience in Clinical supervision and Hospice required. Massachusetts RN license required.
