RN: Director of Nursing
Director of Nursing – Skilled Nursing Facility
Our client, a recently renovated facility, with a large therapy gym is seeking a new nursing leader. The facility offers a small homey environment for its residents and is seeking an Administrative Director of Nursing Services who is dedicated to patient care excellence. The Director of Nursing should have at least 2 years of nursing supervisory experience and 2-6 years of experience in long term care or an acute health care setting, and an unencumbered Michigan RN license.
The Director of Nursing is responsible for team leadership and development, establishing nursing department goals and objectives, interpreting nursing philosophy and communicating those standards to all levels of nursing staff to promote effective care delivery. We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a stable work history who leads by example. 10 minutes West of Grand Rapids and close to Lake Michigan, the area offers many opportunities for summer fun, boating and recreation!
We prefer those who live in the area or who have specific ties to the area.
