Requirements: Current licensure in the State of Wisconsin.Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and effectively with patients, visitors, physicians, and care team.Good organization, delegation, and communication skills to facilitate efficient patient care.Strong demonstrated ability in assessment, analytical decision-making, and critical thinking.Leadership ability and communication skills. Familiarity with PC's and computerized nursing systems and tools, or demonstrated ability to learnThis position will work every other weekend. This position does not routinely float or work other shifts. Description: Manages patients; plan of care collaborating with the Unit Leadership and other disciplines within the care team (i.e., completes/coordinates patient assessment, develops/monitors outcomes based plan of care, coordinates and implements plan of care, evaluates outcomes and monitors variances). Coordinates/collaborates consultations with physicians and other disciplines to ensure quality patient care.This is a day with rotation position.Provides hands-on expert care to patients and is accountable for managing patient care in order to meet optimal outcomes.
