HOURS: Full-time nights, full-time PMs, part-time day/PM and perdiem opportunities. SUMMARY: Provides nursing care in the Emergency Department ranging from disease and injury prevention to life and limb saving measures. Plans and coordinates care for patients with perceived, potential or actual, sudden or urgent, physical or psychosocial problems. Performs triage and prioritizes care of emergent, urgent, and non-urgent problems occurring in individuals of all ages. EXPERIENCE: Previous ED, Telemetry training and critical care experience strongly preferred. EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required. Current Registered Nurse Licensure by the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing. Basic Life Support Certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
