RN - ICU

Requirements: ICU / Critical care experience and ACLS preferredRN licenseDescription: Manages patients; plan of care collaborating with the Unit Leadership and other disciplines within the care team (i.e., completes/coordinates patient assessment, develops/monitors outcomes based plan of care, coordinates and implements plan of care, evaluates outcomes and monitors variances). Coordinates/collaborates consultations with physicians and other disciplines to ensure quality patient care.Provides hands-on expert care to patients and is accountable for managing patient care in order to meet optimal outcomes. In this, the RN adheres to the "Promises to Patients" that describe the commitment all employees make to every patient.
