RN/LPN - Home Health Nurse - Olympia

Maxim’s office in Olympia is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to care for adult and pediatric patients in the Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Centralia, Ocean Shores, and Belfair areas.  The cases include a four month old premature baby girl needing care Overnight care four nights a week from 11pm – 7am.  Also, we have an eight year old girl with Cerebral Palsy needing care during the Day Monday – Saturday 7am – 4:30pm.  In addition, we have a three year old girl with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, needing care which involves four Days shifts and four to five Swing shifts.  We also have a seventy three year old patient with a head injury needing care which involves two to four Day shifts from 7am-5pm and five Overnight shifts from 10pm – 6am.  Our office also needs help with a two year old girl on a feeding tube needing care five Days a week.  All shifts are flexible.  Moreover, our office will provide training and certification as needed.  Interested parties are encouraged to submit their resume online for immediate consideration.  We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work within our clients’ homes providing direct patient care.  Working with the physician, Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) develop and manage nursing care plans, as well as instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, helping individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.  As a Maxim RN / LPN you will be responsible for following a physician established plan of treatment under the direction of our Director of Clinical Services.  Maxim believes that qualified nurses are advocates and health educators for patients, families and communities. Maxim Healthcare is an industry leader, providing compassionate home healthcare since 1988.  As a full-service healthcare company, we have earned a reputation for providing innovative solutions that improve health and enhance the quality of life for our patients.
