Committed to providing the highest level of patient satisfaction our 32-Bed Medical-Surgical-Oncology-Telemetry unit, that includes 12 monitored beds, provides unique cross-training opportunities for both experienced and new graduate nurses within this one unit. Outstanding teamwork with low turnover, this unit provides nurses the opportunity to work 12 hour shifts with nurse to patient ratios of 1:4 on days and 1:4:5 on nights with a Clinical Leader to provide support throughout both shifts.  Join us now as we are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for both our day and night shifts to coordinate, supervise and implement patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and evidence-based practice. The Registered Nurse is expected to practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards, Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description. Minimum Requirements: AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State AND ACLS certification required.
