Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. 2yrs experience in Long Term Care or Subacute Supervisory experience perfered. Acute care experience a plus. Current State of Wisconsin license in Nursing. Must have strong communication, assessment, organization,time management,and analytical decision-making skills. Must be a teamplayer and promote teamwork from staff.Description: Supervision of a 120 bed facility on the PM shift. Is responsible to ensure that staff complete work thoroughly and timely. Participates in staff evaluations, and counseling. Other duties as assigned. SCHEDULE: SIX(6)DAYS PER PAY PERIOD
