FULL TIME NITES (12 HR 72/PP), PART TIME (48/PP) DAYS AND PER DIEM OPPORTUNITIES. SUMMARY: EXPERIENCED BIRTHING CENTER RN's (L&D,MOM/BABY)to implement the comprehensive plan of care by providing direct nursing care within a shift for antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and newborn individual patients. Initiates Standard Nursing Care Plans, assists the case manager in devising a comprehensive plan of care and evaluates patient responses to implemented care. Assists patients in achieving long-term goals by establishing and meeting short-term goals providing education to meet discharge needs. EXPERIENCE: One to two years Labor and Delivery experience. EDUCATION: RN degree from an accredited school of nursing required, BSN preferred.
