Requirements: Registered NurseCurrent State of Wisconsin licensureBasic Life Support certification (BLS)Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (ACLS)Analytical skills necessary to determine needs of a diverse population of patients. Ability to develop individualized care plans and to evaluate effectiveness of interventions. Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate communication with patients, families and other members of the health care team. Ability to provide direction and support to other technical and professional staff. Flexibility in scheduling along with a willingness to go to multiple settings within the system Knowledge of computers desired. Description: Provides holistic care to a diverse population of patients of all ages and acuity utilizing the nursing process as the framework for practice. Collaborates with Nursing Leadership and unit based staff to provide care in a variety of settings. Demonstrates communication and leadership skills by providing direction to members of the health care team to achieve positive patient outcomes. Flexible in availability. comfortable with floating to multiple sites
