The ideal candidate will be an experienced RN who is enthusiastic and passionate about nursing and attracting qualified, dedicated and knowledgeable nurses to Flagstaff Medical Center to meet the needs of the community we serve. This position requires a professional who is articulate, motivated, creative and customer service focused. Responsibilities include applicant screening, interviewing, selection and timely follow through and communication. Together with leadership recruitment and retention strategies will be identified and executed. The entire recruitment team works closely to plan the recruitment efforts for the individual facilities and the organization. The ability and willingness to travel is required.

Arizona nursing license required.
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years healthcare recruitment experience and previous experience working in a healthcare environment required.
The ability and willingness to travel is required.
