SunBridge Healthcare, a leader in rehabilitative and long-term healthcare. We are seeking a Staff Development Coordinator for our Trenton Healthcare Center, a 62-bed center.

This position will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing all facility orientation and in-service education in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator and the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that employees are adequately trained in order to provide the highest degree of quality care.

Requirements


* Ability to teach and train adults.

* Ability to make independent decisions, to follow instructions, and to accept constructive feedback.

* Ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.

* Ability to function as an effective team member through good communication and cooperation to meet departmental goals, to develop/maintain good personnel relations and employee morale.

* Ability to understand, control and track direct spending and labor budgets.

* Demonstrated experience in adult education and training preferred.

* RN Nursing Degree.

* Current RN license in state of employment.
