Position Description:

Mifflin Center, Genesis HealthCare, is a skilled nursing/rehabilitation center located in Shillington, PA; a suburb of Reading, PA. Our 120+ bed center is located on Route 724 (Philadelphia Avenue) near many conveniences such as grocery stores, day care centers.Mifflin Center is seeking a full-time RN supervisor to join our team on the 3-11 shift. The schedule for this position includes an every other weekend/holiday requirement. RN Nursing Supervisor performs responsible supervisory and professional work in directing and coordinating all nursing units. The individual must have had advanced training and broad nursing experience including supervisory duties. The work requires administrative ability, knowledge of training techniques, ability to adapt techniques and procedures in accordance with unusual situations, and the exercise of initiative and good judgment. Qualifications:

The RN Nursing Supervisor must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and there must be current registration with the professional board of nurse examiners of the state.Experience in the nursing field, especially in geriatric.Supervisory experience in long term care is required.
