RN Team Manager - North Jersey

Our caregiver teams provide compassionate care for terminally ill patients and their families during one of the most difficult times in their lives.We are seeking an RN Team Manager to lead our team of caregivers as they provide service to patients and families throughout Northern New Jersey. In this role, you will oversee daily care efforts, hire and motivate staff, ensure continuity of care and manage the team interdisciplinary approach to end of life care as well as ensure staff compliance with all applicable long term care regulations/policies.
