RN- Visit

Requirements: Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse Program. Knowledge of nursing theory, practices, and accepting nursing standards and procedures. Approximately two years acute care experience required. Two years of home care experience perferred. Current RN License in the state of Wisconsin. A Valid Wisconsin driver's license and auto insurance. In addition to nursing skills, demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills. Description: Be the nurse you always wanted to be. Utilize your excellent communication skills while you provide one on one care to your patients in their own home. No call lights to interrupt you. utilize and even improve your critical thinking skills as you coodinate care with other team members (physicians, therapists, home health aides, pharmacists, family members)to help patients to achieve their healthcare goals. Accomplish your own personal goal, the reason you became a nurse, by making an impact on your patient's health status and quality of life. Realize autonomy and flexibility to control your daily schedule around you and your patients needs. Work only 3 holidays per year. Every other weekend required.
