For the past 40 years we have served the New Jersey community offering several dynamic post acute levels of care. Our diversified services include: 92 licensed inpatient rehabilitation beds, 24 licensed special care nursing facility (SCNF) beds, 13 skilled nursing facility (SNF) beds and two (2) outpatient satellites located in Toms River and Jackson, New Jersey. The 92 licensed inpatient rehabilitation and two (2) outpatient satellites are accredited by The Joint Commission. Prepares equipment and assists physician during examinations and treatments. Administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, and monitors patient vital signs.
