RN's for Hospice Admissions

Team Approach  Friendly Work Atmosphere  VITAS Innovative Hospice Care is currently seeking qualified RN's to join with our Admissions department to service our new patients in the Broward county area.  These positions are full time with complete benefits. Your duties will include: Coordination of Hospice patient discharges from Hospitals into homes or nursing homes Communicate with physicians for meds/discharge orders, and follow up recommendations DME/Infusion needs coordination Support sales activities with referral sources Provide support and assessment of patient/family needs Flexible work hours can include 10am-6:30pm or 2pm-10pmQualifications: Current Florida RN License with at least 2 years experience Bilingual in Spanish prefered Demonstrated ability to learn clinical knowledge as well as pain/symptom management.  Bachelors degree preferred along with previous sales experience Ability to multi task and excellent communication skillsVitas offers a competitive salary and you will enjoy our comprehensive benefits package which includes health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401k, 31 days of Paid Time Off, mileage reimbursement, tuition reimbursement  and more.
