Our client, a dynamic home health care company with more than 20 years of success in the Metro Detroit Area, recently opened a new branch office in the Metro Detroit Suburbs and is seeking a Nurse Manager. The Nurse Manager must have at least 2 years of home health care leadership experience for a CHAP accredited Medicare-certified home health care agency and an active, unencumbered Michigan Registered Nurse license. The Nurse Manager will: oversee multidisciplinary staff, coordinate care, perform case management oversight, perform quality assurance audits and perform other associated duties. Looking for a go-getter who is experienced in staff development and who is an expert in Medicare-certified home health care guidelines. In return for your service, our client offers comprehensive benefit package, competitive salary: $65,000-$80,000+++ and additional bonus incentives.

 

 

Nursing Supervisor – Private Duty Home Health Care

 

Thriving private duty home health care company seeks a Nursing Supervisor with experience overseeing Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Home Health Aides in a home health care setting. Will serves as a liaison between patients and/or patients’ families and care staff. Requirements include: active, unencumbered Michigan RN license and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a Medicare-certified home health care or private duty home health care setting. $60,000-$70,000+++
