Radiology Systems Manager (PACS/RIS/VR)


Your Role:  Large Healthcare facility located in Central Florida seeks your Imaging Systems and Management expertise.  In your new role as Radiology Systems Manager you will be charged with the management of the RIS/PACS and related imaging systems as well as the day-to-day operations of the support for Radiology. You’ll lead the operational, fiscal, and human resources responsible for Picture Archiving, Communication Systems.  Additionally, you’ll act as internal consultant and be responsible for system assessment, process analysis, identification of system requirements, and functional definition of planned system changes. Other responsibilities include staffing, staff education of equipment needs, identification of human resource issues, development and ongoing monitoring of the divisions budget and overall daily operation.

Requirements:  BS Degree and 3 or more years previous PACS/RIS systems experience.  At least one year of people/budget related clinical systems Management/Project Management experience.  Demonstrated ability to manage human, material and financial resources.

Compensation:  Pay range is 95-115k and depends on experience in PACS /RIS systems, as well as management skills.  Potential for relocation assistance and/or sign-on bonus.
