Receptionist - Medical Imaging - Part time

SUMMARY: Performs various reception and clerical duties to aid the technologists and radiologists in executing diagnostic imaging services, for the continuing care of all outpatients, in-house, and emergency room patients. These duties include: scheduling, film management, maintenance of patient records, coordinating and serving as the main communication source for the X-ray, Ultrasound, CAT Scan, Nuclear Medicine, MRI, and Mammography departments. EXPERIENCE: Six months clerical experience required. One year as a Medical Receptionist preferred. EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. Customer service training, medical terminology preferred. HOURS: 32 hours in a two week payperiod. Hours are 3pm to 8pm on weekdays. Requires one Sunday a month, working 7am to 3:30pm.
