Greets and provided information directions and assistance to patients and visitors. Promotes customer satisfaction with all patients, visitors, volunteer and/or employees encountered in a positive and friendly manner. High school diploma or GED. Experience: ability to deal wit many types of people in a positive and friendly manner. Prior related work experience preferred.
