Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Staffing, manages all aspects of the employment and recruitment process of clinical and non-clinical staff in a particular geographic area. Partners with Senior Leaders to develop short and long term sourcing strategies and execution plan. Activities may include participation in screening, selection, interviewing, and recommending placement of candidates in clinics, billing offices and service center. 

 

Position may be located in any of the 34 states in which we currently operate, including our Corporate Headquarters in Exton, Pennsylvania, located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, about 25 miles to the west. Relocation will not be required to cover territory, though the ability ot occassionally travel to career fairs, schools and clinics located in the outlying areas is required.

 PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Duties / Responsibilities

Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and complete required requisitions. Shares market knowledge and expertise with hiring managers and guides them through the hiring and onboarding processes.Analyzes, leads and executes sourcing strategies by optimizing direct sourcing, job postings and college and student relations. Negotiates and manages vendor relationships and contracts.  Considers cost effectiveness and return on sourcing methods.

Represents company at career fairs, open houses and association meetings.  Completes documentation for any event and make necessary arrangements.Identifies, screens, interviews and develops candidate slate. Provides timely, relevant, and accurate feedback to internal and external candidates and manages candidates’ expectations.  Proactively drives recruitment process to resolution.Utilizes and contributes to Recruiting Tool Kit and determines which strategies are best suited given the recruitment landscape.  (i.e. Coordinates targeted mailings to licensed clinicians in specific geographic region, uses available resources to maintain applicant databases and licensure lists, maintains list of open positions on websites for recruiting purposes.)

 Advises and consults with the hiring managers on hiring decisions, job offer negotiations, and staffing strategies.  Creatively responds to and resolves issues that present during the interview and selection process to drive cycle forward to resolution.Maintains and provides open position report and uses same to develop strategies with field operators.

Maintains productive community relationships and utilizes these contacts to expand  potential applicant pool

 

Minimum Requirements



 

Education 

Bachelor’s Degree  or equivalent preferred.

Business Experience

(prior years work/related experience)

At least 2 years of recruiting or sales/service related to recruiting. Must be willing to travel 15% of the time to field locations.
