General Summary of Responsibilities:



· The recruiter is responsible for recruiting, pre-screening, interviewing and referring qualified candidates to respective health care facilities from coast to coast.

· Targeting the best qualified candidates, the recruiter will develop strategies and perks to attract and retain staff as well as provide support to new hires.

· Qualified candidates should be able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and is flexible in setting priorities.

· Substantial interpersonal communications skills (written and verbal), computer literacy and familiar with Microsoft applications a must.
