The Delta T Group has been in business for over 15 years. Our corporate headquarters is located in Bryn Mawr, PA. We have 15 affiliate offices and are currently expanding; we are planning to be nationwide within the next 5 to 10 years!

Delta-T Group specializes in placing behavioral healthcare and pharmacy professionals on an interim basis. A healthcare background is not needed, as training is provided

The Recruitment/ Project Manager is responsible for managing a project team of Recruiters and Recruiting Assistants to facilitate the successful servicing of assigned clients; through the efficient filling of job orders.

In addition the Recruitment/ Project Manager is responsible for implementing company processes, expedient filling of client job orders with appropriately matched professionals and to ensure that all orders are being filled in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Must have at least 3+ Years of Management experience and 5 + years of Recruitment or Staffing experience.
