Regional Account Director - Solution Sales

Searching for a seasoned sales professional in the Northwest of the country to sell to large hospitals and hospital systems at the C-level down through multiple departments. This is a full solution sale with a long sales cycle. Average sale is 2M.

 Bachelor’s degree with a MBA or advanced degree preferred Minimum 5 years documented track record of consistently exceeding quota Experience selling and forming long-term relationships at the administrative, clinical and IT levels, as well as at the C-Level of hospitals or other major health care systems Strong understanding of health care market and the changes occurring that affect hospitals Able to understand and articulate the complete value proposition (information and process enhancements) that company provides to: C-Level executives, physicians, nurses and IT Capable of formulating a winning strategy and employing corporate resources as required to complete the sale and implementation of productsAble to understand and discuss the critical issues being faced today by health care enterprises A dedicated team player capable of leading a multifaceted team (officers, clinical, field service engineering, and R&D resources) through a complex sales cycle using solution selling Able to sell to both the executive office and the clinical staff within the enterprise Strong prospecting skills

This is a high travel position. Home office is provided by company.
