DentalCare Partners, one of the first dental services companies with 76 practices in 9 states, was established in 1981.  We are continuing to grow by adding new practices in existing markets and expanding our presence into other cities.

This growth has created an excellent opportunity for a Regional Business Consultant to provide business consulting and training services to our practices from a office (in your home) in the Raleigh, NC area. 

Regional Business
Consultant
- Eastern Region -

You will provide on-site help and support to existing practices and ensure a successful start for new practices. The position requires frequent travel to the various practices in the region.

Responsibilities:Oversee financial goals and performance Monitor production goals and reports Ensure that all policies and procedures are met Provide training to the practice staff as needed Work closely with the Regional Clinical Consultant on such areas as hygiene production goals and comprehensive care guidelines 

Qualified Applicants Will Possess:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Strong, proven and effective leadership experience Previous management experience Prior training experience Proven successful financial performance Ability to build successful, cohesive relationships with Office Managers, Associates, Doctor Partners and all team members Strong organizational skills Effective written/verbal communication skills Residency in/around the Raleigh area
