Regional Director of Clinical Operations

We are seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Operations and Outcomes (must be a NC licensed RN) that would be responsible for the clinical oversight of our facilities located in Mount Olive, Elizabethtown, Pembroke and Siler City.  

Responsible for assessment and evaluation of clinical services for nursing facilities in the cities listed above. Functions as liaison between Directors of Nursing (DON) and the Regional Vice President of Operations. Monitors and facilitates compliance with standards of clinical practice, quality improvement and joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO). Monitors and facilitates compliance with state and federal regulations. Functions as a clinical leader within the organization.



Requirements
.Must have multi-facility skilled nursing home management experience


·Must be a NC licensed Registered Nurse; Bachelor's degree preferred

·3-5 years skilled nursing facility management experience, prior DON experience preferred.

·Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, training and management/leadership skills.


·Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand financial systems and budgetary management.

This position reports directly to the Regional Vice President of Operations. Travel will be required.
