We are seeking an experienced regional nurse to become our Regional Director of Health Services for KY, IN, IL, OH, and MS. This position will oversee the clinical operations for our Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and CCRC communities in these states. The position will be based in the Louisville, KY area. The ideal candidate will have multi-site experience in the SNF environment (Assisted Living experience also preferred) and must provide clinical leadership and support to nurse management within the communities. In addition the candidate must be a compassionate and caring individual with the ability to travel, handle multiple priorities, work flexible hours and motivate staff. Prefer BSN (or RN with non-nursing bachelors). Current license as a Professional Registered Nurse required. Multi-site, regional experience is a must.Required Experience2 to 5 years experience with multi-site clinical management in the senior living industry and the ability to travel.
