RMS Lifeline Inc is a leading provider of vascular access management services to physicians.  RMS Lifeline works with premier physician practices to develop and manage dedicated outpatient centers that provide focused and coordinated vascular access procedures to patients receiving hemodialysis treatment for end-stage renal disease (ESRD).  We currently manage more than 50 physician-owned vascular access centers where we provide physician practices with financial and outcome reporting, staffing, training, facility operations, insurance billing, and regulatory compliance services.In this position you will be responsible for managing and leading a revenue operations team within a designated region. The role will require coordination with front end center-level operations and collections.  As the Regional Manager, you will report to the VP and will be responsible for delivering revenue budget goals for each Access Center.  This position has substantial customer facing role both in a relationship-building and issue resolution capacity.  For this reason, effective communication and coordination with the revenue operations team as well as with the other regional teams.  This role has leadership responsibility for direct reports including recruitment, hiring, training, professional development, performance management, retention of teammates necessary for the team to achieve key departmental goals and objectives Utilizes quality and productivity metrics and tools to continually improve the performance of staff. Works in developing, updating and implementing metrics and tools. Provides various reports and data regarding managed care, AR and AR days, payer analyses, and reimbursement performance metrics. Develops, implements, and monitors operational performance goals for collection related activity in assigned region.  This includes the establishment and updating of work process flows as well as ensuring appropriate work allocation to staff. Responsible for development and maintenance of processes used for producing standard and special ad-hoc reports. Respond to inquiries from customers. Proactively works with customers to resolve any anticipated revenue operations issues. Maintains confidentiality of all patient, personnel and company policy information in accordance to HIPPA regulations.  Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience required Requires a minimum of 7 years of collections experience with full oversight of all collection related activities.  A healthcare reimbursement experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to improve revenue operations and results in a billing and collections environment.  Must have the demonstrated the ability to lead and direct the work activities of others. Must possess the ability to develop and maintain appropriate and effective working relationships with internal and external clients.
