Regional Recruitment Director

This position will oversee the Banner Health Arizona Region System Recruitment Program, and it is located in Phoenix, Arizona. The Regional Recruitment Director will work with system/regional leadership teams to ensure the current and future workforce needs are being met.Requirements:·  Must possess a strong knowledge in Human Resources Management as normally obtained through a completion of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field ·  Strong knowledge and background, as normally demonstrated with seasoned recruitment management experience, in recruitment, healthcare workforce trends/future projections and workforces supply solutions ·  Highly effective verbal, written and computer skills necessary·  Previous experience functioning in a Recruitment Management role overseeing a Recruitment Program in a large healthcare system is highly preferred Banner Health has all of the benefits that come from working with a large healthcare system like tuition reimbursement, growth opportunities, and other benefits.
