Regional Registered Dietitian - Texas, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma

As a Regional Registered Dietitian you will provide overall nutrition care to patients at facilities located in the Southwest Region (Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas). You will assure that the nutritional needs of the individual patients are being met and that all documentation as it relates to the patients nutritional status is complete and accurate. This position directs activities of institution department, providing quality food service and nutritional care. Directly reporting to this position are the Diet Technicians.  100% travel is required for this opportunity. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree (BA) from a 4-year college or university. This position requires Registered Dietitian with the American Dietetic Association and Licensed Dietitian status, if residing in a state with licensure. Registered Dietitian Eligible candidates will also be considered for this position.  The ability to communicate (both verbal and written) effectively with clients, customers of client and support staff is required. The ability to write letters, summaries and reports, using prescribed format and conform to all rules of punctuation, grammar, diction and style is required. The ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics and the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations is required. Requires management and leadership skills and the ability to work with confidential employee, client and ARAMARK information.  100% travel is required for this opening.
