Regional Sales Manager – Mississippi and Louisiana

WellnessWorks, a growing healthcare business development and health services coordination corporation is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee our sales force of Corporate Health Consultants in Mississippi and Louisiana.  WellnessWorks coordinates workers’ comp, industrial/occupational medicine, health screenings and other medical services and programs to our clients in a multi-state region.   

 

This position reports to the CEO/VP of Business Development and will be responsible for the supervision of 5 – 10 sales consultants in his/her region.  This position will be responsible for ensuring all monthly corporate reports are accurate and turned in by established deadlines, establishing relationships with clients, payors, and insurers, tracking sales activities, identifying and solving problems in the field, and ensuring good communication between field personnel and the corporate office..  This position requires regular travel within the region.  The successful candidate will possess a strong sales background, prior supervisory experience and the ability to work as part of an executive team. Occupational health or workers’ compensation background highly desired.

 

 A 4 year college degree is preferred, but not required.  Effective communications and computer literacy are necessary skills.
