CellNetix Pathology and Laboratories is a dynamic, rapidly growing private Pathology company headquartered in Seattle, Washington. We provide comprehensive sub-specialty Clinical and Anatomic Pathology services, operates premier Anatomic Laboratories, and is building the largest Anatomic Pathology Laboratory in the region. We serve 10 hospitals from large tertiary care institutions to small community hospitals, as well as large and small specialty clinics and private physician practices throughout the Puget Sound region.  Our 36 pathologists evaluate and/or supervise 110,000 surgical accessions and more than a quarter million pap smears per year.  CellNetix is known for Pathologic excellence based upon Pathologist sub-specialization, for valuing intellectual capital at all levels of the company, and for delivering quality results.

History
In October 2005, three prominent pathology groups merged to provide superior diagnostic services to physicians and patients throughout Western Washington. Each group brought over 40 years of experience and expertise, their combined forces creating Centers of Excellence and expertise in over twenty different sub-specialties.

 

Position

· This individual will report to the Director of Sales, Service and Support and be responsible for generating new business in the competitive anatomic pathology market and support existing clients for a geographic area from south of Seattle to the WA/OR border.

· Candidates must be able to prospect and close new business in a very competitive environment, have excellent communication skills, be willing to provide customer service support as needed, and be self motivated.

· Collaboration with Marketing Department for development of marketing materials, test data sheets, forms, technical bulletins, etc will be an important factor in overall success.

 

Requirements

· Knowledge of or an anatomic laboratory background is a preferred. Healthcare sales experience is preferred and 3-5 years of laboratory sales and/or service experience is ideal.

· Bachelors degree preferred

· Customer service oriented

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Team player

· Organized

· High energy, drive and commitment

· Basic computer skills

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Self motivated with ability to close a deal

· Ability to work independently, with little direct supervision
