Regional Senior HR Generalist:

 

A dynamic, Type A individual is required for the role of Regional Senior HR Generalist for a large and growing company.  The opportunity requires a honest, caring and forthright personality to act as a conduit for all HR needs for a specified region.  Extensive knowledge of Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Employee Relations are needed.  This position requires a high degree of communication and collaboration to proactively approach all HR issues.

 

Responsibilities:Act as a liaison and business partner between clinics, corporate departments, and Human Resources for all HR related needs.Assist Operation’s in handling employee relations issues; to include complaints, counseling’s, and terminations.Build strong relationships and manage the relationships with Managers, Directors and Providers to provide customer service in the area of HR Support/Coach/Train in HR areas to include DOL and FLSA compliance, company policies, company procedures and employee management for Managers Lead Investigations of complaints that are reported to HR and follow through to resolution.Serve as Point of Contact for Operations for designated territoryProvide support as needed/requested to managers of Human Resources

 

Tasks:Follow up to make sure that tasks have been completed and the HR team, payroll, benefits, etc have the information that they needFollow up on emails from the assigned region to ensure follow up and resolution (although this is not a top 5 focus area)Ad Hoc projects as assigned

 

Education & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree5 years experience in Human ResourcesPHR certification a plus
