About Our FacilityHealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Virginia is a 40-bed inpatient hospital with an outpatient and day program, specializing in orthopaedic, stroke, pulmonary, and deconditioned patients. Comprehensive MS Center, nationally certified Pulmonary Program, and a recognized Stroke Center of Excellence. Job DescriptionProvides professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Prepares equipment and assists physician during examinations and treatments. Administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, and monitors patient vital signs. Observes and maintains records on patient care, condition, reaction, and progress.
