Responsible  for developing and implementing the outpatient diabetes program for HealthCare Partners (HCP).


Required:Bachelor's degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification requiring formal education beyond a two-year college. Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing. Current California RN license. Certification as a Certified Diabetes Educator. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Over 3 years and up to and including 5 years of experience. Computer literate. Microsoft Office applications skills (Word, PowerPoint). Ability to type 25 wpm. Effective communication and teaching skills.



Preferred:2 to 3 years experience in diabetes care
