Registered Nurse - GI Lab -

SHIFT: Per Diem - days (6:30AM/7:30AM - 2:30PM/3:30PM & call) JOB RESPONSIBILITES: Performs appropriate nursing history and physical upon admission and on an ongoing basis. Collects and documents patient data. In conjunction with the patient and family, develops individualized patient care plan. Identifies short and long term goals including discharge planning consistent with established patient care. Provides direct nursing care based on the plan of care and established priorities. Evaluates and documents the patient/ family response to nursing interventions related to the stated goals and the overall effectiveness of the care plan. Revised plan of care based on evaluation. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: One year acute care experience in GI preferred. Must have current CA RN license and BCLS and ACLS certificate.
