Registered Nurse- Hospice Program, Full time

As a full time Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing high quality multidisciplinary health services for patients in the Region/Program consistent with Agency philosophy, policy, goals and objectives, and Standards of Nursing Practice. You will work under moderate supervision.

Licensure: License and current registration to practice as a registered professional nurse in New York State, required.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an approved program, required.
Experience: One year Med/Surg or other professional nursing experience relevant to the assigned program, preferred. Bilingual skills may be required, as determined by operational needs.
