You are invited to join and inspired and dedicated team by applying today.What would you be doing?As our client’s RN, you would coordinate the delivery of medical care to the facility’s residents. Your responsibilities would include: Coordinating medical aspects of admissions Performing annual physical examinations Coordinating with outside physicians and clinics to schedule special needs appointments as needed Collecting and assessing residents’ medical data systematically and regularly to ensure all records are up to date Working with members of treatment staff to develop Individual Treatment Plans for patients Tracking patients’ progress with therapists and clinical supervisors Coordinating staff training in CPR, first aid, infection control and medication administration Remaining current in changes to nursing practices and technology through additional training, research, workshops and professional affiliations Ensuring confidentiality regarding residents’ medical backgrounds and treatment issuesYour talent belongs here.We’re after a motivated RN eager to make a difference helping children by providing expert care.
