ICU Staff RN Positions: Days and Nights on a 16-bed (expanding) unit. All positions are 12 hours. Shifts are from 7a-7p, and only ONE weekend a month. Lots of time to enjoy the serenity of the area.Nurse to patient ratio- 1:3 PCU Staff RN Positions:This PCU has minimal cardiac. The environment is one of a PCU/Tele/Stepdown Unit. This unti is best suited for someone who doesn't like to be bored at work. Nurse to patient ratio is typically 1:5.
