Registered Nurse/RN/Senior Care Partner

Position Description:  To communicate and educate residents and families on disease processes, clinical interventions, and expectations. To coordinate facility Performance Improvement Program. To promote and be an example of integrity and customer service. Experience Required:  Current, active license as Registered Nurse.  Three years professional nursing experience in long term care setting preferred.  Previous experience in quality assurance, education/PI preferred. Schedule Requirements: Must be capable of maintaining regular, FT attendance.
