Conducting audits for quality assurance of company policies and compliance with state regulations. Assisting in the recruitment and selection of facility nurses within select communities The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:  Current and active RN license in good standing. Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently in a team environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively coach and develop others. Experience in an assisted living, long term care, retirement and/or memory care community preferred.  This position offers a competitive salary, a benefits package and car allowance.
