We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Utilization Management RN for our Salem, NH office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Utilize medical knowledge, established clinical guidelines and physician support to provide medical review of care rendered to patients by providers and determine if care is medically necessary and appropriate
2. Coordinate referral of cases to Physician Consultants
3. Coordinate referral of cases of Case Management
4. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements
1. Current RN license in NH.
2. Prior Utilization Management experience preferred
3. 3-4 years hospital clinical experience
4. Excellent written/oral/communication skills.
5. Intermediate Word and Excel skills.
6 Certification in a clinical field desired
