RN Home Care for Hospice

Our client is a home care agency that serves towns in the central Connecticut region (the main office is in Meridian).They serve all denominations. Our hospice program is small, but growing. There are presently 3 nurses in the program midst a staff of 16. This is a great place to work!

At the present time we need Staff Nurse for home visits for hospice.
The staff nurses would need to work at least four days a week. Our 'full' time is 30 hours a week (for benefits).

Benefits:Nurses start at $28.00, up to $31.00 with experience. Benefits for health insurance begin after 90 days.We offer Blue Cross (3 plans) Sick time begins to accrue the first month of hire, but can only be taken after 90 days (sick time is earned 4 hours a month.)Holiday pay begins immediately. (8 1/2 holidays, 3 personal days. ) Vacation is earned after one year.

Qualifications:License/Certification: Current Connecticut RNA license or eligible for RNA license in the State of Connecticut. Skills: Expert knowledge of the principals and practice of Community Health Nursing
