Peninsula Regional Medical Center is a nationally recognized, state of the art, 366 bed tertiary care facility located on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland that is one of Maryland’s largest and fastest growing healthcare systems. We know that providing our Telemetry Nurses with proactive leadership and the tools and training they need is the best way to provide patients with the outstanding care they deserve. We are a regional referral center, a level 3 trauma center, and currently looking for experienced nurses to staff our brand new Emergency Department.

 

Our program begins with a comprehensive personalized preceptor orientation where you’ll have the chance to become thoroughly familiar with the staff, work equipment and supplies. You’ll also have the benefit of bi-weekly feedback and progress reports throughout your orientation. Once you’re settled in, you’ll enjoy: electronic medical records, computerized charting, med scanning and modified self-scheduling. As part of a real team you’ll be supported by a Clinical Registered Nurse on every shift, skilled technicians, a safe nurse to patient ratio, high patient satisfaction, and the security of a 24/7 Rapid Response Team.
