Consonus Rehab Services is one of the largest and most successful contract therapy company’s on the west coast.  Consonus Rehab Services sets up and runs therapy departments in skilled nursing facilities/long term campuses. These therapy departments can be in and out patient programs.  

 

Job Description

NO PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT EXP REQUIRED, MAKING IT A GOOD STEP FOR A STAFF PT/OT. Come join an exciting company that has progressive software systems, email for all staff, weekly newsletters, continuing educational programs and so much more!  Skilled Nursing Facilities are the core of Geriatric Rehabilitation. The Rehab Director will manage a team of therapists (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP) 50% Supervision & 50% Patient, Family, and Facility Contact. Develop in & out patient programs for facility. The Rehab Director acts as the leader of the Rehab Team for a specific facility. The Rehab Director has many responsibilities, which involve being the liaison between Consonus, the therapists, and our customers. The Rehab Director ensures that Consonus policies and procedures are being carried out at the facility level.
