We are looking for a:
Rehabilitation Financial Analyst
Based out of Newton, MA

The Rehabilitation Financial Analyst is responsible for creating and analyzing financial reports for the Rehab Department and identifying: variances, trends, budgets and other statistics. They will work closely with Accounting, Finance and other departments on areas such as accruals, invoice management, profit analysis, Performa's and more.

The Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating and managing the Rehab budgeting process: Designing Performa's for various lines of Rehab business; establishing and reconciling accruals; comprehensive analysis - first run and final sign off on financials; invoice management related to accruals; establishing and monitoring recurring expenses; analyzes financials trends on a weekly basis including- revenue, salaries, expense and contribution margin; payroll reconciliation and more.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferably in accounting or business. Two to three years of accounting experience and Healthcare experience preferable. Must have a high level of expertise in excel and good understanding of word. Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and compliance requirements and current knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations that apply to financial practices in long term care.
