Rehabilitation Tech - Nursing

Works in collaboration with the Nurse Manager and Resource Nurse. With minimum supervision prioritizes and performs patient care and clerical duties including data entry in PRISM. Maintains confidentiality regarding PRISM and in preparing, compelling and maintaining medical records. Demonstrates interpersonal and organizational skills to serve as a Coordinator. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse assists the Nurse and Therapist with patient care treatment. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned units. Performs other duties as assigned. Maine State CNA registry, CNA required. BCLS certification required. Prior CNA or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
