HealthBridge, a division of Express Scripts is currently seeking a Reimbursement Manager located in Braintree, Massachusetts. QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5-7 Years of experience in Pharma / Biotech Company, Insurance or Healthcare reimbursement required. Comprehensive knowledge of Reimbursement Metrics, Benefit Investigations, Prior Authorizations, Alternative Funding, Co-pay Assistance and Appeals essential. Knowledge of Specialty Pharmacy, PBM or Healthcare industry preferred. 2-5 years Call Center Supervisory experience necessary. Proven leadership skills, team-orientation, and a pro active and optimistic management style essential. Ability to effectively develop subordinates necessary. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and mange work load and meet project deadlines. Ability to collect, analyze and interpret data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills inclusive of presentations skills. PC skills including Microsoft Office, the internet and data querying a must. Strong customer service, business and organizational skills crucial. Ability to travel. RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the primary point of client contact as well as manage the operating activities of the client-based team. Direct the initial implementation of program design and timelines as well as provide continuous program design improvements. Through subordinates, responsible for ensuring that our client contract requirements are professionally, effectively and efficiently fulfilled. Develop service operations related policies and practices to insure that client deliverables are met timely and with the highest level of customer satisfaction; Partner with Program Design and Implementation Department and New Business Development on potential, new and additional business opportunities to insure that the company’s overall goals and objectives, with respect to market growth, are attained. Develop and maintain strong business relationship with client and identify client’s current and future needs, to continuously afford HealthBridge opportunity to align and sell additional services and program enhancements in support of client needs. Work closely with Team Leaders in the development of client/employee performance standards as well as goals and objectives for their respective areas, which are clearly linked to that of the company overall. Monitor quality assurance measures, provide regular assessment and oversee implementation of improvement measures on process work flow, procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives as well as ongoing program enhancements. Provide direction, employee development and training, performance evaluation, counseling, recommendations for salary increases, additional staffing and promotions as necessary. Conduct regular department meetings and insure that all direct reports are working in concert. Interact with Clients District Sales Managers to answer questions, resolve issues, review territory trends and coordinate training for sales representatives and site visits. Conduct client site visits and participate in the training of client sales representatives.
