Primary responsibilities of the Reporting Analyst include: Designing, writing, and developing statistical reports Obtaining data from applications, databases and/or data warehouses Gathering and analyzing requirements to generate the reports Providing visual graphs to represent the extracted data and give an overview of the report content Integrating software reports and telecom reports to capture productivity in the call center Creating reports in MS Access and presenting them to management Identifying trends, gaps, issues and areas for improvement Ensuring projects are on time and within budgetThe requirements for this role are as follows: A background in the healthcare industry Substantial reporting experience MS Office experience A Bachelor’s degreeAdditional assets include: Experience analyzing claims/healthcare data to determine outcomes A background working with Medicaid or other government sponsored healthcare programs Managed care, disease management/ case management experience PL/SQL experience CareOne knowledgeUnitedHealth Group offers a full range of comprehensive benefits to full-time and part-time employees, including medical, dental and vision, as well as a matching 401k and an employee stock purchase plan.
